1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Porter Setu India platform or utilizing our delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Delivery Services
Porter Setu provides a technology platform that connects users with delivery partners for the transport of legal goods and parcels within India. We do not transport prohibited items including explosives, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.
3. Communication & Consent
"By Submitting this form you hereby grant us permission to contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and any other channel."
This consent is a condition of service to ensure we can provide real-time tracking, delivery authentication, and service support. You may opt-out of marketing communications, but operational messages are mandatory for active deliveries.
4. Payments & Cancellation
All delivery estimates are calculated based on distance, weight, and traffic conditions. Cancellations made after a delivery partner has been assigned may incur a fee. All payments are processed securely via authorized Indian payment gateways.
5. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off coordinates.
- Packages must be securely packed and ready for transit upon arrival.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the legality of the contents being shipped.
Legal Disclaimer
Porter Setu India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any parcel is limited to the declared value or a maximum of ₹5,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.
